Fed phone agent found near home of neighbor (AP)

DOVER. -Delaware official, said that the cell phone of a deceased former Pentagon official was recovered near its neighbour unfinished home.

Alan Brown, Fire Chief Deputy of the State, said John Wheeler cellular phone was found "on the ground" by the investigators of police and fire who had been called at the scene of a bombing of smoke on the home of a neighbourDecember 28. Wheeler body was found in a Delaware landfill site on December 31.

Brown, said that the cell phone was presented to the Newark police, who is studying slaying Wheeler.

Wheeler and his wife had a conflict of court for a long time with the owners of the castle of new home where the smoke bombs were launched. The couple objected to the construction of the House, because he blocked their view of the Delaware River.
