Apple iTunes Alternatives: make manage your easy music

We looked around and came up with four friendly iTunes alternative.

CopyTrans Manager

An alternative free iTunes designed for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, CopyTrans Manager is a download lightweight, easy to use that works with the iPhone, iPod and Palm Pre combined wireless and you can listen to music on your device through the computer. The (also free) CopyTrans Suite includes CopyTrans, which allows you to repopulate your iTunes library to your iPod - in other words, you can transfer your songs, playlists, ratings and the type of your iPod to your PC.

The disadvantage of CopyTrans Manager is that it is not very pleasant - the interface is crowded and busy.

Songbird (for Android users)

Songbird works with PC and Mac and supports a variety of devices, but it dropped official support for the iPod. If you have an iDevice, Songbird is probably not a viable replacement for iTunes. It is an excellent choice if you have an Android phone, however.

Unlike iTunes, Songbird supports a bunch of song formats (including MP3, AAC, OGG, WMA and .wav) and video formats (WMV, MPEG-4). Songbird has also modules, smart playlists, drag - drop and the ability to import tracks and playlists from iTunes - this is an easy transition. Songbird provides a free Android app, as well.

DoubleTwist

An alternative Lightweight iTunes works with PC and Mac, DoubleTwist to manage various devices, including Android phones and iPod/iPhone. DoubleTwist offers a simple interface, slick and uses little memory to run. It connects directly to the Android Market as well as in the Amazon MP3 store, and it can even find podcasts. DoubleTwist imports your iTunes library and can also import your iTunes playlists.

If you download of DoubleTwist Android market app, you can also "AirSync" your Android phone - from your library that's right, you can get rid strings and to update your wireless phone.

SharePod

You can install SharePod directly on your iPod and run it from any Windows PC you plug your device in. This lightweight, alternative free iTunes works with the iPod, iPhone and iPod touch, although you will need to have installed to allow him to work with the latter two iTunes. SharePod does not work with iPhone 4 handsets or iPads.

SharePod includes all the regular features you expect, including reading lists, the ability to import music and videos in your iTunes library and the simplicity of drag and drop. SharePod allows you also to modify the reading lists and labels, as well as to display and save photos. But the best film of SharePod is that it allows to move your photos, videos and music from your iPod to your PC.
